Bravo Award There is no better way to say "thank-you" than with a Bravo Spot award. Bravo award provides an opportunity to recognize associates achievement and good performance within the parameters of their current roles. All associates are eligible to receive and nominate for this award and receive a $10 gift certificate. ABCD ('Above and Beyond the Call of Duty') Award This program allows BD associates to immediately recognize and thank colleagues for exceptional accomplishments not considered part of their everyday job. All BD associates are eligible for this award. Canadian Sales Award Winners of this award are BD's top sales performers in Canada. There are two distinct awards that all sales associates are eligible for: President's Club Award and Winner's Circle Award. In each market segment and unit, a top performer who has exceeded goals and demonstrated the BD Values is selected to receive the Presidents Club Award. One associate for the President's Club is then selected to receive the Winner's Circle Award. Associates who are not part of our sales team are eligible for three equally prestigious awards: Spirit Award, Values Award and Leadership Award. Associates are nominated by their colleagues and selected by the Rewards and Recognition team based on specific criteria. The Spirit Award is given to a BD associate nominated by their colleagues who has demonstrated exceptional sustained performance, customer service, creativity and innovation, and teamwork. The Values Award is given to an associate who is nominated and selected as a role model for demonstrating and living the BD values. The Leadership Award is given to an associate who engages and inspires people, who influences others toward a common vision and shows authentic leadership. Service Award Service Awards acknowledge and celebrate both the length of time an associate has worked with BD and the contributions that they have made to the organization. |
