BD Strategic Sourcing Development Program (SSDP)
The Strategic Sourcing Development Program's mission is to enhance BD's procurement and strategic leadership base by recruiting entry-level procurement associates who aspire to become strategic sourcing leaders. BD strives to develop SSDP associates who have a strong interest in strategic sourcing and also demonstrate the potential for growth and leadership in other business process areas.
