BD Labware and Kimble/Kontes announce the formation of a collaborative agreement to improve their service and product offering to their mutual customers.

(May 03, 1999) -- Becton Dickinson Labware (FALCON®) and Kimble / Kontes announce the formation of a collaborative Agreement to improve their service and product offering to their mutual customers. The collaboration will provide customers with an alternative source of supply, or choice, to fulfill their broad requirements for glassware, specialty glassware, plasticware and tissue culture products. The extent of the collaboration may include, but is not limited to, marketing programs, customer incentives, supply chain cost savings measures, coordination of web sites, and/or joint contracting initiatives.
