BD To Present at Banc of America Securities Healthcare Conference

Franklin Lakes, NJ (March 22, 2001) -- BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) (NYSE: BDX) announced today it will participate in the Banc of America Securities Healthcare Conference to be held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The BD presentation will be made on March 29, 2001, at 9:10 a.m. Pacific Time.
The conference, including the BD presentation, will be webcast live. The web link will be made available later this week and will be publicized on the BD website, www.bd.com. The BD presentation can be accessed for replay on the BD website until 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, April 4, 2001.
