The main objective of the event was to expose all BDSA associates to company-wide products. The aim was to encourage team cohesion in preparation for the BDX activities. We have planned to host open days at selected local hospitals where BD products will be show-cased. The intention is to improve, and expand relationships existing with customers in South Africa.The event was a wonderful way to engage associates and increase their awareness about our products and services.  The event also helped to connect the dots with all associates who attended, emphasise that they are doing things through the course of their daily activities in contributing to a greater good, that is helping to save lives, that is making a difference in people’s lives.

The associates were very impressed by the event and said they learned a lot about the company products. They have also asked for a similar event next year.
