Our theme for the booth is "BD Lab efficiency", we had Phoenix, Epicenter and Bruker MALDI-TOF biotyper instruments, also with C3 box demo from PAS teams, customers got more information regarding to the best practice in blood collection. Together we delivered an innovative concept of infectious diagnosis, especially for Epicenter system, customers are interested in it's connectivity and epidemiology analysis, and it is the key product we can bundle with Bruker, build cooperation in the near future.
We invited Dr. Turng from BD R&D, and Dr. Shi from Bruker as our speakers, who share MALDI-TOF technology and Epicenter application in microbiology lab, the attendant rate is over 80%, we also put real time broadcast in our booth, many customers even revisit our booth to further understanding!
To keep the topic been focused, we invited our KOLs to have dinner with Dr. Turng/Shi. During the meal, there are many KOLs raised up valued questions to experts, which gave us input about new product development. We will generate Q&A and follow up all the process.
