The Annual Maintenance and Service Agreement (AMSA) provides telephone technical support plus many other benefits (including free same-platform upgrades). BD Diagnostic Systems' unlimited support begins with your purchase.

You will be sent monthly reminder notices starting three months before your AMSA expiration date to allow you plenty of time to renew. Keeping AMSA current will allow uninterrupted support and ensure that your upgrades are automatically made available to you.
