If you don't have a current support subscription or want the details about upgrading, email us at informatics_admin@bd.com or call 1-800-426-8015 ext. 229.
If you are a customer with a current Annual Maintenance and Service Agreement (AMSA) and have installed ver 5.x (BD AICE) or ver 4.x (BD Respond), you can update to the most current version of that series by visiting our KnowledgeBase.
If you plan to upgrade, go to the Products section of our website to find the latest Hardware requirements.

How do you know which version you have? If the software is installed and you can open it, click Help on the main menu, and About [the product] to see the version number. Or contact us at informatics_admin@bd.com - we can tell you the last version shipped.
