  • Training videos for instruction or review of difficult subjects

How do I get on the KnowledgeBase?

You will be asked for a username and password to access the KnowledgeBase.
The USERNAME is your product SERIAL NUMBER (Help | About) or on your CD label.
The PASSWORD is your facility 5-digit ZIP (postal) code.

TrainingZone

If you have attended one of our Web Based Training classes, your next stop is our TrainingZone. You are allowed limited access to view a recording of the training class, review the slides and download the Training Guides that were used during the course.
