Intended Use:

Bacto™ FA Buffer, Dried is a phosphate buffer-NaCl mixture which upon rehydration, yields a 0.85% saline solution buffered to pH 7.2.

It is used for making dilutions of rehydrated FA Antimicrobial Globulins for test purposes as well as washing slides in FA staining processes. It is also recommended as a general purpose phosphate buffered saline.
