Q: What is the resistance on the heater plate assembly and the thermistor PCB?
A: At ambient temperature, the resistance across the two purple wires attached to the thermistor PCB is approximately 8K ohms. The resistance across the heater plate (2 white wires) is approximately 230 ohms. Resistance will increase as the heater plate ages. Readings of higher than 240 ohms would require a replacement of the heater plate.
