Should you have a need in the future, additional System Training can be done for a reasonable fee. Your staff member can come to the Technology Training Center (TTC) in Sparks, MD for the same training (outlined above) that you received with the purchase of your new instrument. Or, if you desire, training for one or two individuals can be held at your laboratory site for a reduced fee.
