How To Order
Online and Offline Orders
The BD Education Center accepts online orders with payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), check or money order. Facility Purchase Orders* are also accepted (see below for details). Orders placed online with the option to pay by check or money order are not shipped until payment is received.
If you prefer to process a credit card payment offline, you may choose that option at the end of the online ordering process. You will then need to complete the offline order by supplying the order details and credit card information to us by phone or fax.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ORDERS PAID BY CREDIT CARD:
- Do not leave credit card payment information on voicemail. If you call and do not reach a customer service agent, leave a message and we will return your call by the end of the next business day.
- Do not submit credit card information with any order placed by postal mail.
- Do not submit credit card information in any e-mail correspondence.

*USE OF FACILITY PURCHASE ORDERS
Orders may be placed with the BD Education Center using a facility purchase order under the following conditions:
- We accept facility purchase orders as a courtesy to our customers. Acceptance is at the discretion of the BD Education Center.
- A facility purchase order may be substituted for the BD Education Center order form, provided all required information is included.
- A copy of the facility purchase order must accompany the order. If the order is placed online, the order will not be processed until a copy of the P.O. is received. The P.O. may be faxed or postal mailed to the BD Education Center using the following contact information:

- To place an order online using a Purchase Order, select “CHECK” as the payment method. Enter your Purchase Order number in the space provided and complete the checkout process. Be sure to forward a copy of the facility purchase order, as instructed above.
- You will be invoiced upon shipment. Payment is “Due upon Receipt.”
BD Education Center Merchandise Gift Certificates
REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS
- If you are redeeming a BD Education Center Merchandise Gift Certificate, you must redeem the full value of the certificate with your order. No refunds or credits can be provided for unused portions. (If your order exceeds the value of your Gift Certificate, please include payment for the balance due along with your order. For accepted payment methods for any balance due, please see “Online and Offline Orders” above. )
- Send a completed BD Education Center offline order form, along with the Merchandise Gift Certificate(s) and any additional payment due via Postal Mail to:

Complimentary Titles
The BD Education Center does not distribute complimentary titles. However, many BD business units offer complimentary materials regarding their products or the use of these products, etc.
