The term Global Health focuses on the substantial and complex healthcare challenges faced by developing nations around the world.

Because of the fundamentally weak healthcare systems that exist in developing countries, there are no simple solutions to the health-related challenges these nations face.

To fulfill its corporate purpose of Helping all people live healthy lives, BD promotes Global Health by deploying a strategic combination of resources aimed at making a positive and sustainable impact on healthcare in these regions.
