For professional and managerial associates in the BD Performance Incentive Plan (PIP), individual performance is a key factor to influencing the size of the award.
  
  
• Our Long Term Incentive Plan (stock awards) is differentiated in the marketplace based on the number of associates eligible for this plan. Our plan provides participants an opportunity to receive significant long-term value based upon the achievement of key internal and external performance objectives.
