Position Title: Sales Representative
Department: Medical Surgical Systems
Report to: Sales Manager (Go-To-Market)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 3~6 years of work experience
A. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
- To achieve sales and collection for the assigned budgets through hospital sales and effective customer management including clinicians, nurses and purchasing staffs.
- Ultimate objective is to maximize sales volume, and to increase market share and the profits for medical products as well as building BD’s image as a leader in supplying Medical products.
B. RESPONSIBILITIES :

Management and maintenance of Hospital sales and accounts.

Management of sales collection, GP and orders.
-
Management of end-users, key customers, and opinion leaders.

Product launching
-
Product mix and conversion
-
Trouble shooting
-
Collect & report market intelligence
-
Management of account inventory
-
Management of account’s profile
-
Acquire product knowledge in order to be able to promote the products in highly professional manner
-
Assist academic lectures, congresses and etc.
-
Sales Analysis and setting-up plans
-
Forecast of monthly selling and collection
-
Submit all required reports(daily/weekly/monthly)

Manage his/her sown expenses
C. ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Achieve sales & collection objectives

Submit all required reports, plans and handle correspondence on time

Achieve company goals and action plans established for the department

Abide by BD’s ethical code and high moral standard
D. REQUIREMENTS :
1. 3 - 6 years of working experience
2. Ability to interact with co-workers and diverse customers with a process and results orientation.
3. A strong strategic thinker with a bias towards action is required.
4. Ability to communicate in both Korean and English language.
5. University Education is required.
