BD Diagnostics - TriPath has launched a general purpose reagent product line under the name of BD SureDetect™ Reagents intended for use with immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry procedures in manual and automated staining procedures.

- Detection Reagents: provide advanced polymer based detection chemistry that results in increased staining sensitivity with minimal background staining.
|
- Slide Preparation Buffer: improves staining intensity in IHC/ICC staining procedures and helps to preserve cell morphology.
|
- Counterstains: Hematoxylin and bluing agent to visualize the nuclei in cytological preparations and tissue sections.
|
- SiHa Cell Controls: used as a stain control to verify the performance of the ICC procedure.
