Position Title : Sales Specialist
Business/Function : Total Safety Solution Team (MSS/PAS)
Reporting to : District Sales Manager
Location : South Taiwan
POSITION SUMMARY
The successful candidate will represent BD Total Safety Solution products and executes sales plans in the territory assigned to him/her to achieve sales targets. Develops and manages business relationships with all clients, doctors, and Hospital staff to continually assesses customer needs and requirements and provide input to the forecast cycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Grow business by developing market opportunity, such as safety product conversion and capture competitors’ accounts.

Manage product trials, provide clinical and product in-service at customer sites, execute agreed marketing program.

Assist TSS management team to execute TSS strategic initiatives.

Collaborative work with Team member, to complete assigned cross-territory task.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Skills and Experience
-
2 years Sales or Marketing experiences above in Medical devices relative industry.
-
Experience in hospital listing process, similar with South area medical centers purchasing process.
-
Experiences in infusion therapy knowledge is plus.
