At BD Diagnostics, Preanalytical Systems, we’re streamlining our product lines through the BD Vacutainer® Tube Optimization Program.

The BD Vacutainer® Tube Optimization Program is a vehicle to announce important changes in product availability. The goal of the program is to provide you with a streamlined product offering that is clinically proven, medically necessary and in compliance with current legislation.

Over the past few years, healthcare facilities have made significant progress in transitioning to safe product solutions. In addition, there has been an increasing customer preference for improved clinical performance, as well as for a standardized product offering. As a result, BD will begin phasing out those products that are no longer clinically or medically necessary.

These changes still assure you the same clinical performance you have come to expect from BD products, while meeting your requirements for enhanced safety, efficiency and reliability.
