OFFICIAL RULES: Open to U.S. residents only. No purchase necessary to enter to win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

PRIZE/ODDS: Two (2) prizes to be awarded (approximate retail value: up to $200 each). All federal, state and local taxes on prize are winner's sole responsibility. The winner upon notification will be contacted and provided with a list of all applicable trade journals and memberships. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all cumulative eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or after May 31, 2009. Winners will be notified within thirty (30) days) after the drawing. If selected, and winners do not respond within fifteen (15) days or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. No substitution for prize. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's name, prize won and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including Web posting) without additional compensation.

ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is intended for health care professionals and is open only to legal residents of the 50 states in the United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years or older. Employees and directors of BD and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate families of each are not eligible to enter. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

MISCELLANEOUS: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be binding and final in all respects. Participants agree that BD and its respective affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees representatives, and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless for any damage, loss, or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this sweepstakes.
