Inside BD University
BDU is a key Company-wide learning process for strengthening the skills and knowledge of BD associates. BDU's curriculum and services are closely aligned with BD's strategic objectives and focus on Leadership Development, Business Acumen, Operational Effectiveness, Career Development and Sales Effectiveness. Our unique "Leaders as Teachers" approach is widely acclaimed by the external Learning and Development profession and enables us to have an average of 12,000 associates participate in BDU programmes globally each year.
