BD Sets New Sustainability Goals For 2020

With the release of the latest BD Sustainability Report, we close the books on our 2015 sustainability goals and announce a new, evolved strategy that addresses the wide range of challenges facing the healthcare industry, society and planet.

The new strategy reflects an agenda that is broader than in past years, more integrated with our core business strategies and reflective of ongoing stakeholder input. It also integrates a continued focus on improving environmental performance. BD now conveys the breadth of its sustainability strategy and goals across four pillars: Innovation, Access, Efficiency and Empowerment.

BD will report its progress and performance to the 2020 goals through its annual Sustainability Report.
