1. Qualified Trainers - Our experienced trainers ensure the training is tailored to each attendee's needs. Through a hands on approach with a mixture of theory and practical training.
2. Course training manuals - Professional, clear and comprehensive manuals that are designed to support the training course and beyond.
3. E-Learning Training Software - Interactive PC-based e-learning software for attendees to refresh their product knowledge at their convenience. E-Learning training software is a comprehensive training aid covering all topics from the Key Stage 2 training course.

Key Stage 1 - Technical Training: Key Stage 1 is our basic introduction and familiarisation to infusion devices, designed for new installations. Onsite training is conducted over half a day, where each delegate will work through our Key Stage 1 course manual and will receive access to all the current technical support material. Key Stage 1 Training Course Content:
- Device operation
- Device specification and inspection
- Commissioning
- 1st Line fault diagnostics
Key Stage 2 - Technical Training: Key Stage 2 is our comprehensive technical training on infusion devices, designed for engineers performing comprehensive service and maintenance processes. A complete one day's training either onsite or at our dedicated training facilities in the BD UK Headquarters (Basingstoke). Each delegate will work through our Key Stage 2 course manual, then will receive access to all the current technical support material, and additionally will receive our new e-learning training software. Key Stage 2 Training Course Content:
- Device operation
- Perform functional tests
- Preventive Maintenance
- Calibration procedures
- Verification procedures
- Device Corrective Maintenance disassembly and assembly procedures
- Comprehensive fault diagnostics
Our trainer will contact you to make the necessary arrangements, including a convenient venue. We will also provide all necessary equipment, including training devices, calibration equipment and other tools. Your attendees can then simply arrive knowing we have catered for their every requirement.
