BD BACTEC™ MGIT™ Susceptibility Testing Reagents
BD offers several antimicrobials for mycobacterial susceptibility testing, including the SIRE drugs and PZA.
SIRE drugs
The AST includes the SIRE drugs: streptomycin, isoniazid, rifampin and ethambutol.
Automation
The system fully automates AST reading and interpretation for consistent results.
Safety
Plastic tubes combined with no sharps involved enhances user safety.
