Rishi Grover serves as executive vice president and chief integrated supply chain officer for BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), a leading global medical technology company headquartered in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Grover has global responsibility for the leadership of the Supply Chain; Operations; Procurement; Lean & Operational Excellence; and the Environmental, Health & Safety and Sustainability teams across the company. He is also a member of the BD Executive Leadership Team.
Grover is a recognized leader with more than 20 years of experience in global, diversified industrial manufacturing with broad supply chain experience and a track record of leveraging data to drive results. Before joining BD, Grover spent 3 years at Carrier Corporation, where he was senior vice president of operations and supply chain, responsible for approximately 47 factories across the globe producing HVAC systems and fire and security products.
Prior to Carrier’s spinoff from United Technologies Corporation (UTC), Grover held leadership roles in general management and across supply chain, operations and engineering functions at UTC, including as vice president of Global Operations and Systems for Collins Aerospace and roles of increasing responsibility at UTC Power, Hamilton Sundstrand and UTC Aerospace Systems.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Surat, India, a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hartford, a master’s degree in Systems Engineering and Management from MIT, and his MBA from the University of Chicago.
