What is the difference between ACD solution A and B?

A.

ACD is available in two formulations. Both solutions are comprised of trisodium citrate, citric acid, potassium sorbate and dextrose. The formulations are as follows:

  ACD Solution A ACD Solution B
Trisodium citrate 3.3 mg/mL 1.89 mg/mL
Citric Acid 1.2 mg/mL 0.69 mg/mL
Dextrose 3.68 mg/mL 2.1 mg/mL
