In response to the COVID-19 situation that hospitals and Health Systems are facing, BD remains committed to provide a consistent approach to delivering field services and support. To ensure the safety of BD and customer staff, the BD Rowa Customer Services Team will work closely with our customers to determine the criticality of each service activity, timing, and the requirements to be on-site. Our team is able to utilize remote options as much as feasible with collaboration and cooperation from our customers.
Our teams will work closely with customers prior to each on-site visit to ensure clear understanding of specific protocols and vendor policies and will follow all guidelines to minimize COVID transmission risk.
