The Eclipse™ Needle includes a safety mechanism that covers the needle point after use. In the activated position, the needle cover guards against accidental needlestick during normal handling and disposal.
The Eclipse™ Needle is also available with BD® SmartSlip™ Technology, which includes an adaptor that securely connects the Eclipse™ Needle to ISO-compliant BD® Luer-Lok™ and Luer-Slip syringes.
