※ 口腔以外の婦人科検体および様々な非婦人科検体（ブラシ擦過、穿刺吸引等）の液状化検体細胞診にもご使用いただける細胞固定液入りのバイアルです。

特長

オーセレックス® ブラシRT

  • 口腔内の上皮細胞を簡単に採取できるように設計されています。
  • 高密度なブラシが5 方向に配置され、異型細胞が出現する上皮内部位からのサンプル採取が可能な形状とサイズになっています。
  • ブラシの柄についているリムーバーチューブ（RT）をスライドさせることにより、簡単にブラシ先端の取り外しができます。
  • 液状化検体細胞診と組み合わせることで、より良好な細胞採取が可能です。
液状化検体細胞診による口腔粘膜細胞診とは

従来の細胞診よりも病変検出率の向上が期待できる新しい細胞診検査

口腔がん早期発見のための検査で注目されているのが、細胞診検査です。 液状化検体細胞診（Liquid-based cytology; LBC）は、口腔細胞診検査においても高い有用性が示されています。

  • 生検に比べて低侵襲で、組織診と同等の診断結果を得られることが報告されています1。
  • 患者様への負担が少ないため、経過の長期モニタリングにも適しています1。
  • LBC は、スライドガラスへの塗抹操作は不要です。従来の細胞診と比較し、より多くの細胞、細胞集塊を採取することが可能です2。
  • 1 つの検体から複数の標本作製が可能なため、免疫細胞化学染色などの追加検査が可能です 

 

 

検体採取方法

ご使用の際は、オーセレックス® ブラシ RT 添付文書を必ず参照してください。

  • 注意
  • 受診者に対して、採取を止めてほしい場合は手を上げて知らせるように伝えてください。
  • 採取する部位の粘膜に対して、ブラシ毛が垂直に接するように当ててください。
  • 強く押し当てると組織を傷つけ出血することがあるため、過剰な力をかけないでください。
  • 製品への強い負荷や他器具との接触による損傷等により、ブラシ先端部、およびリムーバーチューブが破損脱落し、誤飲するおそれがあるため、注意してください。
