Das BD BACTEC™ aerobe/F-Kulturfläschchen für Thrombozyten wurde für die Gewinnung aerober Mikroorganismen (Bakterien und Pilze) aus leukozytenreduzierten Apherese-Thrombozyten (LRAP)-Einheiten und leukozytenreduzierten Thrombozyten-Vollblutkonzentraten (LRWBPC) formuliert. Es wurde speziell für die Verwendung zusammen mit den BD BACTEC™ FX Blutkultursystemn entwickelt.
