Overview

The HydroGlide™ guidewire provides transurethral and/or percutaneous access into the bladder, ureter or renal pelvis. The stainless steel HydroGlide™ guidewire has a hydrophilic coating and is available in multiple sizes. The guidewire is packaged in a protective coil, sterile and ready for single-use.

Features and Benefits

The HydroGlide™ guidewire is designed for effective torque control and atraumatic navigation. 

The HydroGlide™ consists of a 145cm stainless steel safety wire, jacketed by an outer spring coil.

The outermost surface of the guidewire is covered in a multi-layered hydrophilic lubricious coating designed to aid insertion and passage of instrumentation.

The guidewire is available in three diameter sizes and color-coded for easy identification - Green: .025", Violet .035" and Blue: .038"
