Abhay Kumar Jain serves as head of plant management, Bawal in India for BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), a leading global medical technology company headquartered in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey.
Prior to his current role, Abhay served as Bawal’s plant operations leader. He was named as head of the plant in 2021.
Abhay is driving safety, quality, delivery, cost and associate engagement as his priorities at the plant.
Before joining BD, he served as business unit manager for J&J in their manufacturing plant at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. Other organizations where he served are Britannia Industries Ltd. and Kores India Ltd.
Abhay earned his bachelor’s degree from RAU Bikaner and post graduate diploma in business administration from ICFAI Business School Hyderabad.
