"Ajay serves as the business director for BD Medical-Pharmaceutical Systems in India and South Asia for BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), a leading global medical technology company headquartered in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. In his current role, Ajay oversees the commercial, operational and financial performance of the business unit.
Prior to assuming his current role in 2019, Ajay was the business director of Life sciences - Specimen Management business unit. His previous experience at BD also includes building the key account management go-to-market strategy, which is a strategic initiative for top customers of BD in India.
Before BD, Ajay has worked in several business management and sales leadership roles at Quest Diagnostics, GE and Akzo Nobel.
He earned his MBA in marketing from IBS-Hyderabad and bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Madras.
