Mandira Kapoor serves as Director, Human Resources at BD, (Becton, Dickinson, and Company), a leading global medical technology company headquartered in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. In this role, Mandira provides strategic HR support to the India Commercial Organization, and the Bawal Manufacturing Plant.
With more than 22 years of progressive HR leadership experience in diverse business environments, Mandira has played a pivotal role in advancing talent, engagement, and capability priorities. She is passionate about partnering with the business to translate organizational strategy into impactful people solutions that enable sustainable growth.
She joined BD in February 2021 as Associate Director, HR and has been instrumental in advancing key leadership and business priorities since then. Before joining BD, she has worked with at BlackRock Financial Management, Coca-Cola India, and Right Management, where she has been a critical partner in driving culture, change and launching innovative HR practices.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lady Shri Ram College and a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Delhi.
In her free time, Mandira is passionate about reading, writing and exploring new travel destinations.
