Saranjit Singh Saluja serves as Business Director of Integrated Diagnostic Solutions business in India and South Asia for BD (Becton, Dickinson, and Company), a leading global medical technology company headquartered in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Prior to the current role, Saranjit was the Business Director of the Specimen Management business for BD in India and South Asia.
Earlier, Saran worked with Johnson & Johnson Medical, where he built a strong track record in sales, and marketing working across the country, region, and global roles. He has also had entrepreneurial experience and started his educational venture while working in his family business in hospitality and real estate.
As a versatile leader, Saran is passionate about developing people and finding innovative solutions to address customer needs. He has led business transformations, turnarounds, new product launches, and creative campaigns across business units.
Saran earned his degree in Technology from IIT Kanpur and a management degree from Darden Business School, University of Virginia.
