Shashank Singh serves as Business Director, Specimen Management (SM) for India and South Asia at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), a leading global medical technology firm headquartered in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Based in Gurugram, Shashank is responsible for the overall performance of the SM business in South Asia.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Shashank transitioned from sales to general management and has been responsible for building high performing teams to achieve organizational growth objectives. His career spans leadership roles at Diversey, Philips Lighting, Dell India and Tata Telecom. In his most recent role at Diversey, Shashank was responsible for delivering the P&L performance for the food & beverages business unit in South Asia.
Shashank is a management graduate from FMS, Delhi and holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Shashank is passionate about developing a people first culture that is centred around customer experience and growth. Outside of work, he enjoys long drives and trekking in the Himalayan region.
