Siddharth Jain serves as the Head of Supply Chain for India and South Asia at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), a leading global medical technology firm headquartered in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Based in Gurugram, Siddharth oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, including upstream and downstream planning, logistics, warehousing, and customer service.
With over 19 years of experience in supply chain management, Siddharth has consistently driven strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies aligned with business goals. His career spans leadership roles at Haleon, Bharti Wal-Mart, and Reckitt Benckiser. In his most recent role at Haleon (formerly GSK Consumer) as Director – Demand Supply Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service for the India Subcontinent, he successfully led the establishment of supply chain infrastructure, freight management transformation, integrated business planning, and data-driven decision-making.
Siddharth holds a management degree from IIM Mumbai (NITIE) and an engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from IP University, Delhi.
He is passionate about mentoring and fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and achieve shared objectives. Outside of work, Siddharth enjoys playing racquet sports.
