Sourabha Nadipuram serves as Business Director, India, and South Asia for the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) and Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business at BD, (Becton, Dickinson, and Company), a leading global medical technology company headquartered in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Sourabha also leads the next-tier (NT) initiative at the BD India corporate level that focuses on expanding the geographic reach for BD in India.
In the current role, since 2022 Sourabha is responsible for the MDS business unit’s operational, commercial, and financial performance in South Asia. Prior to this, Sourabha led BD’s Diagnostic System Business unit for over 4+ years. The Diagnostic Systems Business Unit focuses on diagnosing infectious diseases and played a crucial role in Covid Diagnostics during the pandemic.
Before joining BD in 2018, Sourabha spent a decade at Johnson & Johnson (J&J), in various Leadership roles.
Sourabha earned his degree in mechanical engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Karnataka, and a management degree from Symbiosis, Pune.
In his free time, Sourabha is passionate about endurance long distance running and music.
