We’re making the BD customer portal login process easier. Starting November 17, 2022, you will be able to use your phone number or email address for multifactor authentication into our portals. You also don’t need to multifactor every time you login, unless additional verification is needed (for example, when you sign-in from a new device or location). Lastly, we updated the login portal, so it will look a little different. See below for FAQs about these changes.
