Bard™ Tray – Foley Catheterisation Tray  

The Bard™ Tray contains the essential items required to either catheterise or re-catheterise, allowing optimisation of clinical practice in one handy pack. Available in hospital and on the Drug Tariff, the Bard™ Tray is available with your choice of collection system and preconnected catheter. With a tamper-evident seal at the catheter/drainage tube junction the Bard™ Tray aligns with national guidelines¹ helping to reduce the risk of infection with a ‘true closed system’.²

Items contained in the Bard™ Tray:

• One empty 10mL syringe to deflate the balloon during re-catheterisation
• One prefilled 10mL syringe of sterile water to inflate the newly inserted catheter balloon
• Foley catheter preconnected to your choice of collection system
• Protective waterproof sheet and fenestrated drape
• Two pairs of non-latex gloves
• Cleansing solution and gauze
• Apron for the healthcare professional
• StatLock™ Foley Stabilisation Device
• Syringe of lubricating gel
