BD Alaris™ Technical Utility
For maintaining and servicing BD Alaris™ neXus and Alaris™ pumps
The BD Alaris™ Technical Utility (ATU) is service software for flashing firmware, downloading logs, generating activity reports and centralising data for BD Alaris™ neXus and other Alaris™ infusion pumps. Up to twelve pumps can be processed simultaneously.
The ATU supports the following functions:
- Pump firmware upgrades
- Download pump event logs
- ATU activity recording
- Create, transfer, and clear wi-fi configuration packages
- Wireless module software updates
- Download of wireless module logs
This product is used in a non-clinical setting by biomedical engineers, field service engineers and BD Global Customer Services staff.
Windows 10
If you are using Windows 10, you do not need to perform any additional installation steps. The ATU will install normally using the .iso image file provided at the download link below.
Windows 11
If you are using Windows 11, obtain the .iso file, and see also the amended installation procedure for ATU compatibility with Windows 11.
