Key Accomplishment
The Network for Employee-Led Cross-Company Transformation (NEXT) expanded its Day of Collaboration from a traditional one-day, yearly event to a four-day celebration of collaboration, growth and learning. More than 35 BD associates shared their insights and experiences on a wide range of topics, including career development, work/life balance, personal growth and business insights.
