Jeff Silvestri serves as senior vice president, quality, segments and quality excellence for BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), a leading global medical technology company headquartered in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey.
In this role, Jeff oversees the day-to-day responsibilities of the Quality organization to continually strengthen processes and ensure BD products and services are safe, reliable and effective. He is also a member of the BD Executive Leadership Team.
Jeff joined BD in 1998 and since then has demonstrated continued leadership in a range of Quality roles across the businesses and segments, most recently serving as SVP of Quality for the Medical and Life Sciences segments. His experience has helped to implement best-in-class healthcare quality in our plants and drive strategic business initiatives.
Jeff holds a Master of Science degree in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology.
