● Avitene™ MCH: Avitene™ is an absorbable topical hemostatic agent prepared as a dry, sterile, fibrous, water insoluble partial hydrochloric acid salt of purified bovine corium collagen. It is prepared in multiple forms including a loose fibrous flour, a compacted “non-woven” web form, and a collagen sponge.
● Arista ™ AH: This technology incorporates hydrophilic, flowable, microporous particles synthesized by cross-linking purified plant starch through a proprietary process; Arista™ AH is a 100% plant-based polysaccharide. Arista™ AH contains no animal or human components. Arista™ AH is a fine, dry, sterilized white powder that is biocompatible, non-pyrogenic, and is typically absorbed within 24 to 48 hours.
