Overview

The BD Standard payment terms for suppliers in North America is Net 90 days, provided however, the actual payment to Supplier from Buyer or its designee will not be made until the next scheduled payment run as set forth at (link to Invoicing Guidelines document). 

“BD’s standard payment term for qualified Small Business, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is 30 days effective upon approval. Suppliers must register for approval annually on the BD website. click here

Please note that disbursements to non-commercial entities such as Health Care Professionals (HCPs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Taxes/Government Agencies, etc. are not impacted by the standard payment terms.
