Overview

The X-Force™ N30 Nephrostomy Balloon Dilation Catheter is recommended for use in the dilation of the nephrostomy tract and for placement of the working sheath. The balloon dilation catheter is a dual lumen catheter with a 24 (8mm) or 30Fr (10mm) balloon mounted on a distal tip. Each balloon inflates to a stated diameter and length at a specific pressure.

Features and Benefits
  • Features a radiopaque tip and a radiopaque marker beneath the balloon.
  • The balloon can be inflated with a rated burst pressure of 30 ATM.
  •  The lumen allows the catheter to track over a 0.038" (.97mm) diameter guidewire which can be used to monitor pressure or infuse medication.
  • The catheter comes packaged with a refolding tool that aids in preparing the balloon for insertion.
  • Available both with and without the BD Eagle™ inflation device which works for various balloon sizes and lengths.
  • Comes sterile and ready for single use.
