Jacqueline “Jacky” Wright serves as a director of BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), a global medical technology company headquartered in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Wright has been a member of the board since 2025.
Ms. Wright served as Senior Partner, Chief Technology and Platform Officer of McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, from November 2022 to September 2025. From November 2019 to November 2022, she served as Corporate Vice President and Chief Digital Officer, U.S. Business of Microsoft Corporation, a multinational technology company. From October 2017 to November 2019, she served as Chief Digital and Information Officer for HM Revenue & Customs, the United Kingdom government tax department under a secondment agreement. From September 2011 to October 2017, she served in various roles at Microsoft Corporation, including Corporate Vice President, IT Strategic Enterprise Services and Corporate Vice President and President, Core Services Engineering Platform. Wright serves on the board of directors of Russell Reynolds Associates, Inc. and Frasers Group plc.
Wright is an experienced information technology executive, with extensive digital transformation and leadership experience. She also brings to the Board expertise in the areas of cybersecurity, technology advancement and the development of key customer experiences across multiple technology platforms.
