Michael Feld

Michael Feld serves as the executive vice president, chief revenue officer and president of the Life Sciences segment for BD. He also serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

As chief revenue officer, Feld is responsible for leading a team focused on driving world-class excellence and competitiveness in our commercial engine across BD. This team, which includes Global Marketing, the BD Excellence Office and Commercial Systems, will provide the tools, technology and capabilities to accelerate commercial performance and deliver incremental growth. Feld also leads the company's Canada and Latin American regions as part of this role.  

As president of the BD Life Sciences segment, Feld is responsible for an organization that is delivering advancements from discovery to diagnosis. Under his leadership, the BD Life Sciences segment is focused on delivering innovative diagnostics, research solutions and cutting-edge technologies that advance lab productivity and outcomes, enable the shift to new care settings and provide breakthrough insights and diagnostic data to advance care of many of the world’s most burdensome diseases such as cancer, immunologic disorders and infections.

Feld joined BD in 2024 from Veralto, a spin-off of Danaher, where he was president of Hach, a global leader in water quality products. Prior to that, Feld held several senior roles at Danaher, including senior vice president and general manager of Cepheid Europe, and served as president of other Danaher businesses, all focused on strategic planning, superior quality, associate development and cultural progression.

Feld earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Tulane University and his Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
