Peter Menziuso serves as the executive vice president and president of BD Interventional. In this role, he leads BD’s Interventional segment, focused on advancing innovative surgical, endovascular, urological and critical care solutions that help clinicians treat chronic and high‑burden conditions and improve patient outcomes. Menziuso is a member of the BD Executive Leadership Team.
Menziuso is a proven, strategic healthcare leader with more than 30 years of experience guiding global, complex MedTech businesses at scale. Prior to joining BD, he spent more than three decades at Johnson & Johnson, most recently serving as the company group chairman of Johnson & Johnson Vision, with full P&L responsibility for a $5B global business spanning commercial, R&D, supply chain, quality, finance and medical affairs.
During his tenure at Johnson & Johnson, Menziuso held several senior executive roles including worldwide president, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, president, Cardiovascular & Metabolism, Janssen and president, North America, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care.
Earlier in his career, he held multiple sales and marketing leadership roles at LifeScan, a global leader in blood glucose monitoring innovation and digital health technology. These roles included vice president worldwide marketing, Diabetes Care, vice president, U.S. sales and market development, Diabetes Care and general manager, LifeScan Canada. He began his career at Johnson & Johnson, Janssen in finance.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Scranton.
