Sandeep Arora serves as the executive vice president of global business solutions. Arora is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of BD’s global business services, driving operational excellence, scalability, and efficiency across the enterprise to support BD’s business priorities and long-term growth. He is also a member of the BD Executive Leadership Team.
Arora joined BD from The Clorox Company, where he was the Head of Global Business Services. In this role, he led the establishment of a new enterprise GBS capability as part of Clorox’s IGNITE strategy and “Reimagining Work” transformation. In this role, he focused on reimagining end-to-end processes, embedding digital and analytics-driven insights, and positioning GBS as a self-funded, value-generating enterprise platform.
Prior to Clorox, Arora was a Corporate Officer and Head of Sysco Business Services at Sysco Corporation, where he revitalized and scaled a multifunction global business services organization supporting finance, HR, sourcing, and commercial operations. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at XPO Logistics, Mondelēz International, ADP, Xerox Business Services (now Conduent), and American Express, where he led large-scale finance, shared services, analytics, and business transformation initiatives across global organizations.
Across his career, Arora has built and led high-performing global teams, driven complex organizational transformation, and delivered measurable improvements in efficiency, service quality, and business outcomes by leveraging data, analytics, automation, and digital technologies. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, strong focus on talent development, and commitment to operational excellence at scale.
Arora holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India.
